Ready to maximize your impact while staying balanced and focused?
Ginger DeFrancesch, Licensed Professional Counselor
Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional
You remember a time when burnout at work or at home weren’t the “norm”… but those days feel like a distant memory. Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?
You’ve come to the right place.
I’m Ginger, and I help high achievers just like you: individuals who have it within them to build healthy and thriving professional and personal lives.
My clients find the calm, clarity, and confidence they have always wanted. Equipping them with the tools they need to advance in their careers while leading the family they love.

Many of today’s solutions for anxiety and stress are focused on medications and avoidance that don’t address all types of anxiety or allow the individual to overcome/manage the hardships they are faced with day to day, leading so many to feel like they are stuck and never going to make real progress. I know that your circumstances are unique, so your counseling journey will be a collaborative journey with your personal growth and achievement goals in mind.

First, we will examine the life changes/circumstances that are keeping you stuck in the constant stressed out state that has you less productive at work and short tempered at home. Then, we will work on strategies and behavioral changes that will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be able to navigate your personal and professional relationships with ease and create balance in your life to allow you to thrive personally and professionally.

I am dedicated to helping people be the best version of themselves at work and at home.

My training in stress and anxiety management means I have the expertise you need and deserve to improve your life balance and satisfaction. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be a focused high achiever at work while also raising a family with love at home struggling with feeling less than 100% at one or the other, right?

I get it! I have been pulled between two worlds that are important to me for different reasons and wanted to be the picture of perfection for each. I know that sometimes it seems impossible to prevent overwhelm and burnout when juggling work and home responsibilities. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist; you’ll get someone who truly understands your struggle.
