Getting Started
Schedule your free 20 minute phone consultation today. It’s a chance to explore what's bringing you to therapy, determine whether we're a good fit, and answer any questions you may have.

Preparing For Your First Session
After scheduling your initial intake appointment, you’ll receive an email with a link to your client portal. All required paperwork must be completed through the portal before our first session.
Completing the forms in advance allows you to review everything carefully and reach out with any questions, ensuring that our time together is focused entirely on your goals.
Step Three
Getting to Know You
Your initial appointment will be a 75 minute intake assessment. Through information gathering we'll identify the patterns, challenges, and goals that matter most to you and begin building a personalized plan for meaningful change. You will also be asked to identify 2–3 goals you want to achieve through therapy.
Step Four
Transformation
Each session is where insight becomes strategy. Together, we'll identify obstacles, gain perspective, and develop practical, actionable steps to help you create the life you want. The transformation happens as you intentionally apply those strategies in your everyday life. Along the way, you'll develop the clarity, confidence, and resilience that lead to meaningful, lasting change.
